Your data is yours, and so are the decisions
Marginera is a decision-support platform. It keeps your data separate, records decisions and sends no action outside without your approval.
Tenant and location isolation
Row-level security is mandatory on every table and cannot be switched off. A user only sees data of their own organisation and of the locations they are authorised for.
Separation of roles
Requester, reviewer and approver cannot be the same person. If authority or the source changes, a pending approval is re-evaluated.
Immutable audit trail
Critical decisions are written to a chained audit log; fee and subscription movements live in an append-only record.
Hosting in the EU region
The database runs in the EU region. Document contents are not written as raw text to the audit log or analytics.
Rules for AI
The assistant does not produce amounts, legal outcomes or eligibility decisions; its answers are labelled. Your data is not used to train models.
Retention and deletion
Export and deletion requests are made from settings; retention periods are defined in the data processing agreement.
