What data we process
Account details (name, email, role), the commercial documents you upload and the structured fields extracted from them, and platform usage logs.
Purpose and legal basis
Performance of the service contract (reconciliation, case and outcome tracking), security and audit-log obligations, and communication with your explicit consent.
Retention and deletion
Documents are kept for the period set in the contract. You can send export and deletion requests from the settings screen or to our contact address. Immutable audit records are kept for the legal period; they contain references and summaries, not content.
Transfers
Data is hosted in the EU region. The current list of sub-processors is on the Security page.
Your rights
You can contact the data controller to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
