Find hidden losses.
Recover the value.
Marginera compares your invoices, contracts, orders and payments at source-line level, puts discrepancies to human approval and prepares the claim file.
Turn your commercial data into measurable outcomes
Finding, approval, action and outcome in one chain. Every number links to a source line; every action passes a person’s approval.
Recover
Find overbilling, duplicate payments and commission variances with the source line.
Buy smarter
Convert quotes to a common unit and compare them; draft orders from actual consumption.
Control
Compare contract versions and track playbook deviations and the obligations calendar.
Grow
See and report outcomes separately as expected, pending and realized.
Five steps from data to real outcome
Connect
Upload CSV, XLSX or PDF. Column mapping is done once and then remembered.
Analyse
Deterministic rules match each invoice against orders, receipts, contracts and reservations.
Review
Each finding arrives with its source line, an explanation and a certainty label.
Act
Open a case, send it for approval and get the claim file as PDF and CSV.
Track
The outcome stays pending until it is realized with evidence; nothing gets lost in a single total.
From an invoice to an evidenced outcome
Click through Marginera’s real flow step by step. The documents and amounts shown are synthetic example data; the calculation comes from the rule engine in the kit.
Step 1 · Upload documents
Supplier invoices and order/delivery records arrive as CSV, XLSX or PDF. Column mapping is done once.

Every finding is tied to a document and a line
A discrepancy with a complete source is marked “sourced”; one with a missing source is marked “source missing”. Findings with a missing source do not enter the case basis; the missing document is requested first.
- The same input and rule version always produce the same result
- Amounts to the cent; rounding uses the banker’s rule
- Requester, reviewer and approver are different people

What Marginera does not do
- It does not keep accounting books; it does not replace your ERP
- It does not initiate bank transactions or payments
- It sends nothing to a counterparty without your approval
- It does not give legal advice; it reports playbook mismatches
- It does not use AI to produce amounts, legal or eligibility outcomes
