Nature of the service
Marginera is decision-support software that compares commercial documents and reports discrepancies. It is not an accounting ledger, a payment service or legal advice.
The findings the platform produces are based on the data you upload and on a versioned rule set. Every action based on a finding is under the user’s own approval and responsibility.
Accounts and permissions
Accounts are opened per organisation (tenant). The organisation owner sets roles and location scopes. Separating the requester, reviewer and approver roles is a platform rule.
Closed beta
During the closed beta, the scope of service, quotas and pricing are set by individual quotation. Features may change during the beta with prior notice.
Liability
Marginera does not send automatic notices to counterparties and does not collect money. Outcome tracking relies on evidence added by the user.
