What each action does
Cancellation stops the next eligible renewal. Withdrawal unwinds an eligible consumer purchase. Closing an account stops access. Revoking a connector stops future discretionary access. Deletion/erasure addresses retained personal information. A single button must not silently combine all five.
Export and continuity
For source-line invoice, purchase, contract and payment reconciliation with human-reviewed recovery tracking, an authorised user can request a usable standard export by writing to support@marginera.net. The order identifies format, scope and lawful exclusions for other people's data, third-party rights and secrets. Export is available on request, within the period required by law, unless a stronger right or a different lawful period expressly agreed with you applies. Any additional conversion/migration cost is quoted before work, not hidden in a release fee. Service-switching obligations under applicable law are assessed for the actual service.
Closure and erasure
Verify the requester proportionately; process deletion under the approved schedule and explain legally restricted records, holds and backup expiry. Data portability and erasure are rights subject to their legal conditions, not a promise to export every operational log. Reapply deletion if restoring a backup. Personal information is not retained forever merely because a ledger is append-only. Minimal non-identifying proof can remain without retaining entire files. Orders, invoices and claims evidence may have distinct lawful retention periods. Expected, disputed, followed-up and actually recovered amounts remain distinct. A finding is not cash recovered. Success fees apply only to an agreed baseline and evidenced eligible recovery after reversals; no debt collection, legal representation, banking or tax filing authority is implied.
